Love everything about Penzance would retire there property start at £300.000.00 about HKD3.100.000 worth it for the views very clean sea and relaxed way of life.
Great place for an overnight stay on the way to I-O-S. Always clean and comfortable and everything you need for your stay. Some awkward stairs for less able guests.
Great location, clean rooms, with mini fridge, friendly hosts. Visited Penzance by public transport, the lodge is close to all relevant bus lines and train station by foot. The sea is just a stone throw away. Jubilee pool is 3 mins on foot. Great value, would recommend :)
It was a bit strange not having much of a window and maybe a few more pictures on the walls would help to detract from that. Otherwise very comfortable, clean and quiet, and the family adjoining room option worked out very well. Handy for an overnight stay before taking the morning ferry.
Lovely little guess house, brilliant location, lack of parking but is a minor price total to pay. Would 100% recommend, and hope we are lucky enough to be able to stay again !

Overall a very pleasant stay with basic but nice rooms. The whole place was operating without any staff (you access the building and your room via keypads which you are given the codes for when you book) however this was not a problem at all. Would recommend for anyone looking for no-frills accommodation in Penzance.
Basic accommodation with very clean rooms. It's a self check-in and check-out policy but the management is very responsive with regards to our queries and requests. The location is perfect- right next to the Penzance promenade.
